The Equality Act was introduced in 2010 which combines over 100 separate pieces of legislation into a single act.

Combined, the make up a new act that provides that provides a legal framework to protect the rights of individuals and advance equality of opportunity to all.

As a member or guest of a private club or association

The British Standards Institute (2005) defines and inclusive design as:

“The design of mainstream products and/or services that are accessible to, and usable by, as many people as reasonably possible, without the need for special adaptation or specialised design.”
